Graduate scheme: A two-year graduate training programme, accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, the Institution of Engineering & Technology and the Institute of Physics;
Apprenticeship scheme: A multi award-winning apprenticeship scheme that benefits from the new state-of-the-art Oxfordshire Advanced Skills training facility at Culham Science Centre;
IET Power Academy: A scholarship programme run by the Institution of Engineering & Technology for electrical and power engineering graduates;
Work experience: Two annual weeks of work experience for school students in Years 10/11;
Student placements: Short-term projects for university students at institutions with links to UKAEA.
